At Lucas Hair the health, safety and well-being of our clients and employees are of paramount importance. We will therefore be adhering to the following guidelines:
- We will check that employees and clients are fit and healthy with temperature checks on arrival.
- Please arrive for your appointment on your own and on time, we will not have a waiting area.
- We ask you to use hand sanitiser upon arrival and departure.
- The reception will be safe guarded by a full plastic divide.
- Hand sanitiser is available throughout the salon for all to use.
- We will be working in line with the government regulations for social distancing.
- We will provide disposable client gowns, disposable client towels and face mask, if required.
- Hot and cold beverages will be available in disposable packaging, please take with you when you leave.
- The salon team will be wearing PPE – face mask and disposable aprons.
- The stylist station will be sterilised before and after every client.
- We have available, QR magazine codes for clients to access on there personal devices.
- We advise all clients to book their next two appointments before leaving.
